Dan Der Marderosian, Executive in Residence at the Gordon Institute, brings over 30 years of hands-on engineering experience across the consumer product and automotive industries.

Throughout his career, Dan has led teams, developed and launched innovative products, managed complex projects, and helped engineers unlock their potential. His experience spans mechanical engineering, prototyping, experimentation, front-end product design, applied R&D, and more.

Drawing from that experience, Dan helps engineers develop the leadership skills, project management capabilities, and strategic thinking needed to lead in technical environments.
