Dr. Joan Cullinane is the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Oracle. She is an industry expert in supply chain health metrics in global networks with a primary focus on the transition of products from design concept into execution, ramp and volume production. She was recently named one of the top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Supply Chain by one of the industry’s most prestigious think tanks. She is a double husky with a BS and MS in mechanical engineering from Northeastern, holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a Doctorate in Management and Operations from Drexel University.
